New to this Evolis Dualys generation are state-of-the-art printhead modifications and a Color Profile driver tool that help you fine tune your colors so that your cards look as professional and sharp as they do on your screen.

Additional Evolis Dualys 3 card feeders allow you to stock different card backgrounds and/or thicknesses. They can also be used to avoid a production halt by not having to change an empty feeder for a full one. A manual card feeder option is also available.

The Evolis Dualys 3 ID card printer is equipped with ribbon saver technology for monochrome printing. With this technology, you only use the ribbon length that corresponds to the length of the image to be printed. This allows you to utilize the true capacity of your monochrome ribbons, and you reduce the cost of each card. The Evolis Dualys3 also offers a half panel color ribbon. A perfect example for its use is for printing a color photograph or logo, and black text on a pre-printed card.

Versatile encoding and Ethernet options.
The Evolis Dualys 3 has options for almost any combination of magnetic stripe and smart card technologies. In addition, you can add Ethernet to operate your card application over a shared network of multiple users.

Free software is included! eMedia Card Designer software is a free addition to the Evolis Dualys 3 ID card printer. eMedia the perfect tool for graphic, magnetic and electronic personalization of plastic cards. eMedia is fully compatible with Microsoft Windows 95, 98, 98 SE, ME, NT 4.0, 2000, XP and Vista, and allows connection to Microsoft Excel for database management.
